Nearly three months of waiting, but the letter Emmanuel Cappelaere received doesn't satisfy him. "It's an out-of-touch and worrying response. I'm disappointed and even angry," reacted the Bar-le-Duc municipal councilor, and declared candidate for mayor in 2026.

"I intend to respond to the minister," he warns. "Because for me, it's a letter disconnected from the reality on the ground." And worse, "I have the impression that he hasn't read it..."
